VR Experiences gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. Vouchers for VR Experiences purchased in the lead up to Christmas will have an extended validity so that they are valid for 12 months from christmas day. This can be extended, under certain circumstances, for a small handling fee as long as the vouchers have not expired.
Under certain circumstances we are more than happy to extend your VR Experiences gift voucher, as long as it hasn't already expired. Contact one of our friendly VR Experiences specialists if you need to do this.
