The booking was straightforward. I did however need to speak to somebody on the phone with a query and do feel you can't beat actually speaking to someone! The day itself was fantastic. Our instructor James was incredibly professional but also really friendly and helpful. He is a real asset. He even took photos and videos which he forwarded to us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends.
